The research consists of 5 chapters, the 1st chapter is the proposal (which is already done). the 2nd, 3rd & 4th chapters are the main body and they should answer the questions which were stated in the proposal. The last chapter which the 5th, consist of the solutions, findings and conclusion.

The research is to state a legal issue in Saudi Arabia. However, you must provide legal issue and present it to the government and in the end of the research you state a solution. 

1. you can edit the proposal to fit the research but do not change the questions. 
2. The Abstract must be 350 words.  
3. please use Oxford (footnote) style.
4. Use both Arabic and English reference.
