a- Construct a survey form to obtain the particular answer and details of the respondents (Eg: Age, gender, name of program, education level, GPA, time spend for self-study a day)

b- Transfer all the raw data collected into Microsoft Excel and construct a grouped frequency distribution table for the data. Table must consists of class group (Eg: GPA 0.1-1.01, GPA 1.01-2.0, GPA 2.01-3.0 and GPA 3.01-4.0), frequency, cumulative frequency, class boundaries and midpoint of class group.

Using the grouped frequency distribution table in question 1;

• Find the mean, median and mode for GPA. Hence, interpret each of the answer accordingly.
• Construct a suitable chart on the particular details (age, gender, name of program and education level) using Excel and give comments each.

Based on the GPA of the 30 students using Microsoft Excel to;

• Draw a histogram of the data and comment on the shape of the distribution of your data.
• Find the correlation between GPA and time spend for self-study a day. Interpret the results obtain.
