Here’s your chance to shine. Put the network for your PP into MS Project. Identify the Critical Path. If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or change your PP at this point to make the network more interesting, then do so. It’s your project. Just be sure to document it so we understand what you have done. Provide a critical analysis of the network. E.g., What did you learn from doing the network in MS Project? 1 or 2 references beyond the lecture materials will be required.
