Part 1: Approaches for Global Systems Development at Fonterra

• Begin with text that provides some context for this section.
• Concisely describe two methodologiesusing language a senior manager at Fonterra would understand and relate to. As much as possible, compare and contrast between the two methodologies.
• Select one of these development methodologies and discuss its potential deployment at Fonterra. Specifically, this discussion should give arguments for and against how this methodology would work in Fonterra’s global information systems environment. Conclude with a clear statement why this methodology is being recommended.

Part 3: Ethics-based Risk Assessment   

Conduct an ethics-based risk assessment on Fonterra’s global information systems. Identify primary and secondary stakeholders, identify possible risk areas and suggest potential areas of harm. This information must be expressed in a table that connects each of these (i.e., for every stakeholder at least one risk area and at least one area of harm). This section should include some text that sets the context, the table and some text that explains the content of the table.
