You are a Sustainable Development advisor for the state of Illinois. For this assignment, write a policy brief to the governor of Illinois that presents a solution to one of the environmental issues that region/state is facing. Your brief should include the following sections: title, executive summary, scope of the problem, policy recommendations, references and/or recommended sources. In your brief:

• Identify a specific problem you believe necessitates an innovative, sustainable solution. Why does this demand the government’s attention?
• Describe the social, economic, and environmental ramifications of not addressing the problem
• Present the key policies you believe would need to be put in place to help remedy your selected issue

Your paper must include

• A title page with the following:
