Groups are essential as they bring people together to pool their skills, talents, ideas, and abilities to handle challenges facing the group and society. Groups are highly effective when it comes to human services. The more reason is that group members can handle situations facing community members and develop quality solutions to these issues. Nevertheless, groups are highly effective when they are comprised of members with the right qualities as this allows diverse sharing of ideas without attracting conflict. For this final paper, the selected topic is on the benefits and qualities of groups in human services. The topic was chosen because human services are increasing in demand, and the supply is demeaning. However, to increase supply, people can pool together skills and talents and work in groups to offer society the best and reliable human services needed. Nevertheless, for groups to work, they ought to have the right understanding of qualities to reap full benefits.

There are different areas of focus for this research that shall be addressed in detail to make the selected topic clear. For starters, the research shall dig deep into groups and the specific qualities that make a group effective. Secondly, the research shall address things that should be done if a group lacks some of the necessary attributes to make it effective and in a position to offer the intended human services. Thirdly, the research shall address the specific benefits members of the community should reap from the use of groups in human services and how these same services can motivate maintaining cohesive groups.

From taking part in this activity, I expect to have one of the best experiences regarding groups. Through the exercise, I hope to learn more about groups, the specific things that make some groups fail and others fail, and something that should be done to create influential groups. Apart from making quality groups, I would also learn how to maintain quality groups that would work together in offering quality human services and ways members of the community would benefit from quality groups.

In the article, taking the students under the program in groups proves to bear positive and reliable results. The more reason is that when groups are ensured of having the right qualities, they help members make progress later used in human services.

The research found out that whenever people in a group get to encourage and support each other, they can embrace and make a habit of washing their hands compared to when they are allowed to make it a personal decision.

The findings of a focus group help prove that funding promotes flexibility and allows organizations to take necessary transformations that make human service delivery effective and reliable.

The focus group used found out that some of the risks involved include; lack of specialized professional training and educational programs about IPV and SRH. The lack of awareness hinders many from reporting their cases and having the matter addressed in detail. The same findings recommend that interventions consider culture and language used to make it acceptable to the target audience and be general to target a wider group.
